In doing that, you can now check your account and make your payment online!  If you just need your balance or you want to make a payment with your credit card or banking account number, check out how below. Call our office today to get the information you need to get started!

Simply follow the instructions below to set up your account and start taking advantage of a more convenient way of managing your Blue Flame account.

SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT:

  • Log in to www.blueflamepropanegas.com
  • Click on the RED button “My Account”
  • Click on “Sign Up” (located under the Log In button)
  • Enter your Customer ID (call the office if you do not have this)
  • Enter your Account Number (call the office if you do not have this)
  • Enter your email address
  • Click on “Register”

    An email from Blue Flame will be sent to your email address confirming the registration, providing a temporary password

    Click on the link that is in your email which will take you directly to the   www.blueflamepropanegas.com website, enter your Customer ID and your Temporary Password.  Follow the instructions to set up your new password.

    Access your account any time using your Customer ID and new password that you created to check out your balance or make a payment.

TO MAKE A PAYMENT:

  • Log in to www.blueflamepropanegas.com
  • Click on the RED button “My Account”
  • Log in with your Customer ID and Password
  • Click on the “Make Payment” tab at the top
  • Follow the instructions on the page to make either a payment with your credit card or through your checking account at your bank
  • An Email confirmation will be sent to you when you make your payment

Please note at this time the AutoPay function is not available. We continue to work on this service through our different providers and will notify you when this is ready.
